I'm curious, does anyone use a soldering kit to fix wire pieces into place or alter them? Why or why not?
hm, I never have. Partly because I'm a purist, partly because I'm lazy I guess. XD
Thanks! I ask because I see some people like to finish the end of their wire with a ball, rather than a swirl. I was curious how that is accomplished. I also wonder if the sturdiness of a piece of jewelry is ever a concern.
I think technique is only the way, art expression is the goal (with some durability, user comfort etc.). And I am willing to use whatever is needed to accomplish that
